"But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” -Acts 1:8
Throughout Scripture, God's heart of the nations is on display. In keeping with God's heart for the nations, Jesus left his people--the church--with a job to do. This job is not just for "super holy people;" it is for every Christian. And it's an invitation to a front row seat to watch God at work down the street and across the world.
Join us as we learn about God's heart for the nations and discover ways we can be involved in what God is doing in the world, starting in our community and going to the ends of the earth!

Breakout Sessions

God's Mission is for all believers starting right here at home and going to the nations. Our Breakout Sessions will be grouped around two different tracks: Local Outreach and Global Engagment. Feel free to go to all the sessions in one track or mix and match.
Track 1: Local Outreach
Session 1: The Gospel in Real Life
Sometimes we think that sharing the gospel is just for certain Christians, but the command to make disciples is for all believers! This session will help you learn what it looks like to let the gospel impact your day-to-day life as you follow Christ.
Session 2: Three Circles Evangelism Training
Does sharing the gospel with a friend or loved one feel overwhelming and a little scary? Maybe you have tried to share the gospel with a coworker or neighbor, but you were not quite sure how to share. Three Circles is a simple tool for evangelism that includes a visual component to help make gospel conversations a little easier. Come learn the basics of this useful tool!
Session 3: Being an Ambassador for Christ in the Work
Sharing the gospel or representing Christ in the workplace often creates anxiety or leaves us unsure of where to start. In this breakout, we'll learn how sharing the love of Jesus in the workplace naturally flows from the love we experience in our walk with the Lord.
Session 1: Sharing the Gospel Cross-Culturally
Whether it's down the street or on the other side of the world, sharing the gospel with someone from a different cultural background can seem intimidating. In this session, we will talk about a few simple keys that give you a strategy for cross-cultural spiritual conversations and how you can clearly share the gospel in an understandable way.
Session 2: Going Overseas: What to Know from Short-Term Trips to Long-Term Living
Getting on a plane and going to another country can be daunting. Whether it's a short-term trip or long-term service, come learn about what you need to know as you consider going overseas. This session will cover helpful information for those considering cross-cultural ministry, from short-term trips to long-term living.
Session 3: What Does a Missionary Do?: The Core Missionary Task
What makes a missionary and what does a missionary do? In this session, we will explore what makes a missionary and the work a missionary does. This session will be helpful for those considering overseas service and for those who want to be better equipped to support and pray for those serving overseas.
Track 2: Global Engagement
